We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Activity Teachers to join our team. As an Activity Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and leading engaging, hands-on, and educational activities in your subject area. You will foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for students to explore and develop new skills, creativity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to your subject area, ensuring they are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards.
• Create an Inclusive Learning Environment: Adapt activities and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, needs, and abilities.
• Promote Skill Development: Encourage students to build both technical skills and life skills such as problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Assess and Provide Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a Positive Classroom Culture: Cultivate a safe, respectful, and motivating environment where students feel empowered to explore new interests and express themselves.
• Collaborate with Other Teachers: Work with fellow educators to create interdisciplinary lessons and activities that align with broader school objectives.
• Manage Classroom Behavior: Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior in a positive and supportive way to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Organize and Participate in Events: Assist with or lead extracurricular events, workshops, or presentations related to your activity area (e.g., performances, exhibitions, competitions).
• Maintain Materials and Resources: Ensure that necessary materials and resources for your subject are available and well-maintained.
• Monitor Student Health and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during activities, especially in hands-on or physical classes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, Physical Education, Music, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience teaching in a similar role or leading activities with children is an advantage.
