Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Professional to join our team. This role involves supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with staff, and ensuring that everything runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

For Receptionist:

    • Greet visitors, parents, and staff, and address inquiries in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk operates smoothly.
    • Instruction: Customize this section with specific details about how the front office operates (e.g., handling school visitor logs, managing parent communications).

 

Admin Manager:

      • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing staff.
      • Supervise office staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
      • Maintain inventory and order office supplies.

 

Marketing Executive

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote coaching programs.
  • Handle social media, online campaigns, and offline promotions.
  • Collaborate with schools, colleges, and local organizations for partnerships.
  • Manage student inquiries, counseling, and admissions.
  • Organize events, seminars, and demo sessions.
  • Track marketing performance and generate reports.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management tools.
