Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about the school’s programs, facilities, and admission process.
• Support the admission process by helping with application management, documentation, and coordination of interviews or assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of all admissions-related activities, including tracking inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in the school’s admissions database.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of admission materials, including brochures, emails, and social media content. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Help organize and participate in admissions-related events such as open houses, orientation sessions, and information seminars.
• Work closely with the Admissions Counsellor and other school staff to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on admissions metrics, including inquiry levels, application status, and enrolment numbers.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Business, or Communication.
• Experience: Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and interact positively with prospective students and their families.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
