📌 Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies and Accountancy for classes XI and XII, adhering to the prescribed curriculum.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth.
  • Student Support: Offer additional support to students through remedial classes and guidance sessions to address individual learning needs.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and conducive learning environment, promoting student engagement and participation.
  • Professional Development: Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching methodologies and stay updated with educational trends.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and contribute to the overall development of the school’s academic programs.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Teaching Qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Economics, Business Studies and Accountancy at the senior secondary level.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English communication and computer applications.
