Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Part-Time PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching Physics for competitive exams like JEE and NEET . As a part-time instructor, you will play a key role in guiding students through the complexities of physics, helping them prepare for these prestigious exams with high-quality lessons, doubt-solving sessions, and effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Physics for JEE & NEET: Deliver engaging and structured lessons on key physics concepts relevant to JEE and NEET, focusing on both theory and problem-solving skills.
  • Course Planning & Delivery: Prepare and organize lesson plans, assignments, and mock tests aligned with the JEE and NEET syllabi. Tailor your teaching approach to meet students’ individual needs.
  • Doubt Clearing & One-on-One Sessions: Provide personalized attention to students through doubt-solving sessions, explaining complex concepts and guiding them through difficult problems.
  • Assessments & Feedback: Conduct periodic assessments (quizzes, tests, assignments) to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Motivation & Mentorship: Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential in physics, offering guidance on exam preparation and strategies for time management.
  • Adaptability: Adjust teaching methods based on student performance, ensuring that every student gets the support they need.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the JEE and NEET exams, including changes to syllabus and exam patterns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • M.Sc. in Physics, or a related field.
    • A teaching certification or any additional qualification in education is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in teaching Physics for JEE and NEET.
    • Familiarity with JEE and NEET exam patterns, marking schemes, and question formats.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of physics concepts from basic to advanced levels.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple manner.
    • Patient, approachable, and able to engage students in meaningful discussions.
    • Ability to use educational technology and online tools to enhance the learning experience.
