Pre Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for young children aged 3-5 years old.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons to enhance their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Foster a love for learning through play-based approaches and hands-on activities.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child’s development.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create a warm and inclusive classroom community.

Pre Primary Coordinator Responsibilities:

The Pre-Primary Coordinator will oversee the academic and operational functions of the pre-primary section (Nursery to 1st), ensuring the holistic development of students and smooth functioning of the department in line with CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership:
   • Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with CBSE guidelines.
   • Monitor teaching methods and provide necessary guidance to teachers.
   • Evaluate student progress and suggest strategies for improvement.
2. Teacher Support & Training:
   • Supervise and mentor pre-primary teachers.
   • Organize workshops and training sessions for continuous professional development.
   • Conduct regular classroom observations and feedback sessions.
3. Parent Communication:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for parent queries related to pre-primary education.
   • Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to support student development.
4. Operational Management:
   • Ensure proper implementation of safety, hygiene, and discipline protocols.
   • Manage timetables, resources, and daily operations efficiently.
5. Event Coordination:
   • Plan and execute educational and co-curricular activities, such as celebrations, workshops, and field trips.
   • Promote participatory learning through interactive activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with B.Ed. or NTT, Montessori Diploma, Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience for pre primary coordinator, preferably with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
