Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic and operational activities for our primary school. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a positive learning environment, monitor curriculum implementation, and support student development from early education through primary school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the primary school curriculum and ensure it aligns with educational standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan, organize, and implement effective lesson plans and educational strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support and guide teachers in addressing classroom challenges and student needs.
  • Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and staff development programs.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing school environment for both students and staff.
  • Foster communication between parents, teachers, and the school administration.
  • Ensure proper management of school resources and materials.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Manage student behavior and resolve conflicts effectively in line with school policies.
  • Stay updated with educational trends and best practices to enhance learning outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience working in a primary school setting, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and educational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
