Position Overview:

We are seeking a young, dynamic, and visionary Principal who can lead a team of 50+ educators and work closely with the management to implement new and innovative methodologies that make learning engaging and effective. The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic leadership, faculty development, student progress, and operational excellence across all grade levels from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership & School Management:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Senior Secondary (K-12) sections.
• Develop and implement innovative and experiential teaching strategies aligned with Birla’s Integrated Curriculum and CBSE standards.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies to maintain high educational standards and improve student outcomes.

Teacher Development & Training:

• Mentor, guide, and lead 50+ educators to foster a collaborative and student-centric learning environment.
• Conduct faculty development programs, training sessions, and workshops to introduce modern pedagogical approaches.
• Ensure lesson plans, assessments, and curriculum execution align with CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines.

Student-Centered Learning & Innovation:

• Implement project-based and experiential learning approaches to enhance student engagement.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Oversee student assessments, academic progress tracking, and intervention strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with Management & Stakeholders:

• Work closely with school management, trustees, and stakeholders to align academic policies with the school’s vision.
• Develop strategic plans for school growth, student enrollment, and faculty expansion.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, education policies, and school accreditation requirements.

Parental & Community Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with parents through regular meetings, orientations, and feedback sessions.
• Promote a collaborative school culture where parents and teachers work together for student success.
• Represent the school at educational conferences, workshops, and community events.

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities:

• Oversee school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the timely execution of exams, academic planning, and school activities.
• Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a positive school environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Postgraduate Degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Ed./MBA in Education) with B.Ed.
• Experience: Minimum 5 -10 years in teaching and academic leadership roles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a large team of educators in a K-12 school.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, NEP guidelines, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in technology integration, school management software, and digital learning tools.

Location Requirement:
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Warangal, Telangana, before joining.
