Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the curriculum in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.
• Promote innovative teaching practices and the integration of technology in classrooms.
• Oversee examination processes, including adherence to CBSE standards.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the school effectively.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Oversee student admissions, discipline, and welfare policies.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation requirements and maintain accurate documentation.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize professional development programs for faculty.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the community.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the CBSE Board and local authorities.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community outreach programs.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement a long-term vision and goals for the school.
• Evaluate and improve the school’s academic and extracurricular programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-years of experience as a Principal, Vice-Principal, or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of academic and administrative achievements.
