Scope of Work:

1. Hiring Requirements:

2-3 years of teaching experience in schools (classes 1-10).
Expertise in Social Science.
Possess knowledge of learning outcomes, topics, sub-topics, and subject-specific curriculum.
Are proficient in Excel for tagging and organizing educational content. (questions, TLMs, short student-facing videos)
Candidate should have and carry their own laptop.

2. Job Role:

The individuals will be responsible for:

Tagging pre-made educational content. (questions, TLMs, short student-facing videos) according to subjects, classes, topics, sub-topics, and Bloom’s Taxonomy levels.
Ensuring consistency and accuracy while categorizing the questions.
Collaborating with the academic team for feedback and improvements.

3. Project Duration:

The work will be time-bound and number-bound. A set of 150-180 questions will have to be tagged on a daily basis
The engagement is for 3 months, with the possibility of an extension based on project progress and needs.

4. Workload and Targets:

The individuals are expected to meet specific daily/weekly targets for tagging questions.
The timeline and output will be reviewed monthly to ensure the targets are achieved efficiently.

The individuals will work 6 days a week. Monday to Friday work from office and Saturday work from home. Office hrs. will 9 Am to 6 Pm. Office location is Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon.

PS: The candidates need to have fairly good language skills (read, and write English; read and use some tool to write Hindi is required)
