Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and dedicated educational leader to join our school as a Vice Principal. This role involves overseeing the overall academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration among students, staff, and the broader school community.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Planning:

  • Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that supports holistic growth for students and staff.

 

Academic Excellence:

  • Oversee the curriculum implementation, ensuring it aligns with educational standards.
  • Monitor teaching practices and learning outcomes to ensure quality education delivery.
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs for staff.

 

Operational Management:

  • Manage day-to-day school operations, including timetabling, resource planning, and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with educational regulations, safety standards, and school policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative and regulatory purposes.

 

Student Development and Discipline:

  • Foster a safe, supportive, and conducive learning environment for all students.
  • Oversee student discipline and behavior management, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Promote programs and activities that enhance student engagement, creativity, and leadership.

 

Staff Leadership and Coordination:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the teaching and administrative staff to achieve school objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in using technology for administrative and educational purposes.
