Selection Process📩 Application Screening Resumes are reviewed based on qualifications, experience, subject expertise, and alignment with our school values. 🗣 Telephonic / Video Screening Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a brief interaction to assess communication skills, attitude, and teaching outlook. 🧑🏫 Demo Class (Online or On-Campus) Candidates will conduct a 15–20 min demo session on a topic relevant to their subject and grade level. Evaluated on subject knowledge, clarity, engagement, teaching methodology, and classroom presence. 👥 Final Interview An in-depth interview with the Academic Head/Principal and Management to discuss: Pedagogical approach Classroom management Co-curricular involvement Willingness to relocate or stay in school accommodation ✅ Offer & Onboarding Selected candidates will receive an official offer letter. International School – Working Hours** 👧👦 **Student School Timings (Monday to Saturday):** - **Arrival:** 8:30 AM - **Assembly & Classes Start:** 8:45 AM - **Lunch Break:** 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM - **Dispersal:** 4:30 PM - **Saturday (Optional/Club Activities):** 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM > *Note: Saturdays may include club activities, extra coaching, sports training, or special workshops.* ## 👩🏫 **Staff Working Hours** 🕗 Monday to Saturday - **Reporting Time:** 8:00 AM - **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Includes: Morning briefing, teaching hours, corrections, planning, co-curricular duties, and meetings. - Staff may engage in club supervision, lesson planning, professional development workshops, or parent meetings. Other Staff Guidelines: - **Preparation Time:** Teachers get designated free periods for lesson planning and evaluations. - **Meeting Days:** Every **2nd and 4th Saturday** may be reserved for faculty meetings and training. - **Attendance:** Biometric or manual attendance is maintained. - **Leave Policy:** Casual, medical, and earned leave as per school HR norms.
