Our spacious 10-acre campus in Warangal provides state-of-the-art facilities, robust safety protocols, and a nurturing environment committed to the holistic development of our youngest learners.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated IB Early Years Homeroom Teacher (Pre-Primary) to play a key role in shaping young minds during these foundational years. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on creating stimulating, inquiry-driven learning environments aligned with IB philosophy.
Responsibilities – Homeroom Teacher (HRT)
Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB Early Years framework.
Use play-based, transdisciplinary, and student-centered approaches that foster curiosity, independence, and lifelong learning.
Collaborate with Assistant HRTs and specialists to ensure inclusive and supportive classroom practices.
Observe, document, and assess student learning and development; maintain IB-aligned portfolios and records.
Communicate effectively with parents about student progress, learning goals, and developmental milestones.
Work closely with the EYP team to plan collaboratively, reflect on practices, and enhance the teaching–learning process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 3–5 years in an IB or equivalent inquiry-based program.
Knowledge of phonics and early literacy development is essential.
Strong understanding of IB philosophy, early childhood development, and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Warm, caring personality with a genuine passion for inquiry-based early learning.
Ability to create a positive and engaging environment that promotes international-mindedness.
