Position Overview

The school is looking for an experienced and dedicated Academic Coordinator for Primary Grades. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, classroom experience, leadership ability, and an understanding of academic planning for primary levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the academic activities of primary grades.
• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and classroom management.
• Ensure curriculum delivery as per CBSE guidelines and school standards.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
• Coordinate assessments, timetables, activity plans, and academic reporting.
• Organize training workshops and academic enrichment programs for teachers.
• Communicate regularly with parents and school management regarding student progress and academic updates.
• Maintain discipline, a positive learning environment, and smooth daily operations.

Required Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Primary Teacher
  OR
  At least 1 year of experience as Primary Coordinator
• Strong communication, leadership, and academic planning skills.
• Ability to guide teachers, manage teams, and implement teaching strategies effectively.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Gopiballavpur.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree (BA/B.Sc) and D.El.Ed / D.Ed / ECCEd
