Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Academic Coordination
Plan and implement the academic curriculum for the Primary Section
Monitor lesson plans, teaching standards, and classroom practices
Support and guide primary teachers in curriculum delivery
Conduct regular academic reviews, assessments, and feedback sessions
Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic targets
Coordinate examinations, assessments, and result analysis
Teaching Responsibilities
Teach English to Primary classes effectively
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
Use interactive and child-friendly teaching methodologies
Assess students’ performance and maintain academic records
Communicate student progress to parents when required
