Job Summary
The Premia Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive – Fee Collection to manage and oversee all aspects of school fee accounting. The role requires strong experience in school accounts, accuracy in financial records, and effective coordination with parents and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end school fee collection processes, including tuition fees, transport fees, and other applicable charges
Generate fee receipts and ensure timely and accurate entry into the accounting system
Maintain and update student fee records and ledgers
Follow up with parents on pending and overdue fee payments in a professional manner
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual fee collection reports
Reconcile fee collections with bank statements and cash records
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams regarding fee structures, concessions, and refunds
Handle fee-related queries from parents and provide appropriate resolutions
Ensure compliance with school policies and internal financial controls
Assist with audits and support management with required financial data
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in school accounts, specifically in fee collection
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and fee management systems
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and school ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an administrative team
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional hours may be required during admissions or fee collection periods
