Job Title: Associate Subject Matter Expert (Accounts / Business Studies / Economics)

Location: Indore (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for detail-oriented and knowledgeable Associate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics to support the academic content development process for Class 11th & 12th Board Exams.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent academic writing skills, and the ability to prepare high-quality learning resources that make complex topics simple and understandable for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create well-structured study materials, including notes, question banks, practice papers, and detailed solutions.
  • Assessment Material: Design mock tests, case studies, worksheets, and objective/subjective questions aligned with board exam standards.
  • PPT Creation: Prepare clear and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for lectures.
  • Syllabus Alignment: Ensure that all content strictly follows the latest CBSE/State Board curriculum.
  • Content Review: Proofread and refine academic materials for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior faculty members and the academic team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Management (depending on subject specialization).
  • Strong expertise in Accounts / Business Studies / Economics.
  • 1–2 years of experience in academic writing, content development, or teaching (freshers with strong subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent academic writing, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office.
  • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and simple way.
  • Laptop required.
