We are seeking a dynamic, responsible, and proactive Canteen Manager (Male) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our school canteen. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of hygienic, nutritious, and affordable food in accordance with student health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage overall canteen operations efficiently.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly maintained.

• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.

• Plan and update menus offering healthy and balanced food options for students.

• Manage procurement of food items and maintain proper inventory levels.

• Handle budgeting, billing, and daily cash flow of the canteen.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

• Maintain records of food stock, usage, and wastage.

• Train and supervise canteen staff for food safety and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Hotel Management or related field preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 years in managing a canteen or food outlet (school experience preferred) Skills

• Basic budgeting, inventory, and vendor management
