Job Description:

Brilliant Academy Junior College of Science is inviting applications for the position of Chemistry Faculty to teach Classes 11 & 12 (NEET / CET aspirants). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry and experience in preparing students for competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry to Class 11 & 12 students preparing for NEET and CET examinations.
• Deliver concept-focused and exam-oriented lectures aligned with board and competitive exam requirements.
• Prepare study materials, assignments, practice problems, and mock tests.
• Conduct regular assessments, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual academic support and guidance.
• Train students in problem-solving techniques and exam strategies for competitive exams.
• Stay updated with the latest NEET / CET exam patterns and syllabus updates.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) or a related field.
• Ed. is preferred but not mandatory for coaching or competitive exam teaching roles.

Experience:

• Min 2 years of teaching experience in Chemistry for NEET / CET / JEE / 11th–12th Science.
• Experience in coaching institutes or competitive exam preparation will be an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry concepts.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with competitive exam question patterns and problem-solving methods.
