Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and concept-oriented Chemistry lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare annual, monthly, and daily lesson plans aligned with academic goals.
• Conduct practical sessions in laboratories, ensuring safety protocols and effective experimentation.
• Design and evaluate assessments, including unit tests, assignments, and board exam preparation.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and application-based learning.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary/senior secondary level preferred.
• Strong command over subject content and pedagogical skills.
• Familiarity with CBSE/State Board curriculum and examination patterns.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
