Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Accounts / Business Studies / Economics)

Location: Indore (On-Site)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Commerce Faculty/Subject Matter Experts in Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics to create high-quality academic content and deliver engaging video lectures for Class 11th & 12th (Board Exams).

The ideal candidates should have strong subject expertise, proven teaching/content development skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Lectures: Record engaging, well-explained video lessons for Class 11th & 12th (Accounts/Business Studies/Economics).
  • PPT Development: Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand PowerPoint presentations to support lectures.
  • Content Creation: Develop structured study materials, including chapter notes, mock tests, case studies, and practice questions with step-by-step solutions.
  • Data Preparation: Compile and organize subject-specific content to support AI-based learning tools.
  • Lecture Review & Correction: Review and refine recorded content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Syllabus Alignment: Ensure that all content strictly follows the latest CBSE/State Board curriculum and exam guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with educators and the content team to enhance student learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or Management (as per subject specialization).
  • Strong subject expertise in Accounts / Business Studies / Economics.
  • 2-4 years of teaching or academic content creation experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and digital teaching tools.
  • Ability to make learning engaging and student-friendly.
  • Laptop required.
