Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Work Location: In-person (Government Colleges across Gujarat)
Job Overview
We are seeking qualified and experienced English Language Trainers to deliver Functional and Communicative English training to students of government colleges across Gujarat. The program is designed to support basic-level learners in developing essential English skills for academic, personal, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive, student-centered English training sessions (2 hours daily for 45 working days).
- Deliver lessons aligned with a structured curriculum focusing on Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills at a basic CEFR level.
- Use real-life communication scenarios and task-based learning activities to enhance learner engagement.
- Assess learner progress through activities and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with local institutions and project coordinators for scheduling and logistical support.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as required by project authorities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in English Language Teaching.
- Language Proficiency: Valid certification at CEFR Level B2 or above (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English, etc.).
- Strong understanding of functional English and the communicative approach to language teaching.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat as per project requirements.
