English Teacher (TGT / PGT)

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated English Teacher (TGT/PGT) who can effectively teach English language and literature while improving students’ communication and reading abilities.
Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching English language and literature as per the school curriculum.

• Developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.

• Encouraging and guiding students to improve their reading habits and reading skills through activities such as reading sessions, storytelling, and literature discussions.

• Teaching English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills effectively.

• Preparing lesson plans, assignments, and conducting assessments.

• Encouraging participation in debates, speeches, essay writing, and other language activities.

• Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or related field.

• B.Ed. qualification preferred.

• Strong command of English grammar and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and digital teaching tools.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).

• Accommodation facility available for staff (subject to availability and institutional rules).

• Food facility available as per institutional policy.

• Performance-based salary increments.

School Details

The school is managed by Jijamata Rural Development and Educational Trust, which operates CBSE and State Board schools, senior colleges, and pharmacy colleges across Jafrabad Taluka. The trust aims to provide affordable and accessible quality education to students, especially in rural areas.

School Timings: Generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change as per school schedule).
