About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate English Faculty member who can create impactful academic content and deliver high-quality video lectures for Classes 11th & 12th (Board Exams).

This role goes beyond traditional teaching — you will be responsible for building structured, engaging, and concept-driven learning experiences for thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Video Lecture Delivery

• Record engaging, concept-focused video lectures for Class 11 & 12 English (Board-aligned).
• Break down complex literary analysis, grammar rules, and writing formats into simple explanations.
• Maintain strong camera presence and clarity of expression.

 2. PPT & Visual Content Development

• Design structured and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
• Use examples, annotations, and structured flow for better student understanding.

 3. Academic Content Creation

• Develop comprehensive notes, summaries, and exam-oriented study material.
• Create mock tests, practice questions, and board-pattern solutions.
• Provide step-by-step, structured answers aligned with marking schemes.

 4. Data & AI Content Structuring

• Organize and structure subject content to support AI-driven learning tools.
• Tag, categorize, and refine content for adaptive learning systems.

 5. Quality Review & Improvement

• Review and refine recorded lectures for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure alignment with latest board syllabus and exam trends.

 6. Collaboration

• Work closely with academic and content teams to enhance learning outcomes.
• Contribute ideas to improve student engagement and exam performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of teaching or academic content experience (Board classes preferred).
• Strong subject expertise in Literature, Grammar, Writing Skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with camera-based teaching.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and digital teaching tools.
• Prior EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
