Job Summary

The PGT English professional will be responsible for teaching English Core and Elective subjects to Classes XI and XII. The role involves preparing students for CBSE Board Examinations, enhancing their communicative competence, and fostering a deep appreciation for English literature and grammar.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the CBSE / NCERT curriculum for Senior Secondary levels.
• Board Preparation: Implement rigorous training modules, mock tests, and writing workshops to ensure students excel in board exams.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Grade assignments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain comprehensive records of student progress.
• Mentorship: Act as a Class Teacher, providing career guidance and emotional support to senior students during their transition to higher education.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Post Graduate degree (M.A.) in English Literature and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university.
• Linguistic Mastery: Exceptional command over spoken and written English with a deep understanding of phonetics and grammar.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to integrate smart-class technology and online learning platforms into daily teaching.
