Job Description
Fountainhead Global School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT – English) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education, enhancing students’ language skills, and creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment as per the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to middle school students as per CBSE curriculum
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress
- Encourage student participation and critical thinking
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment
- Provide academic guidance and support to students
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Experience teaching middle school classes in a CBSE school
- Strong command over English language and literature
- Good communication and classroom management skills
