Job Description

Location: Sangareddy, Telangana

Experience Required: 3 – 6 Years

Compensation: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 LPA

We are currently hiring dedicated Foundation Faculty across three distinct departments: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

The primary goal of these roles is building an incredibly strong, clear, and engaging conceptual foundation for middle and early high school students. You will prepare them for the rigors of future JEE/NEET competitive exams by ensuring their core basics are absolutely flawless.

Please note: These are completely separate positions. Candidates must apply for their specific area of expertise.

Open Positions & Grade Allocations

1. Junior Mathematics Foundation Faculty

  • Target Grades: 6th and 7th Grade.

2. Physics Foundation Faculty

  • Target Grades: 6th to 10th Grade.

3. Chemistry Foundation Faculty

  • Target Grades: 6th to 10th Grade.

Shared Responsibilities (All Roles)

  • Curriculum Adherence: Strictly follow and execute the institution’s proprietary integrated curriculum. Lesson plans and instructional delivery must completely align with the provided academic structure and timelines.

  • Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging, high-quality lectures entirely in fluent English, with a strong emphasis on simplifying complex topics for younger minds.

  • Workload Management: Manage your daily schedule efficiently. To ensure high-quality teaching and prevent burnout, faculty will teach an average of 6 periods per day, with a strict maximum limit of 7 periods in a single day.

  • Assessment & Evaluation: Design, administer, and evaluate weekly recall tests, periodic tests, and mock exams to track student progress and identify foundational gaps early.

  • Doubt Clearance: Conduct regular, patient doubt-solving sessions to help students overcome conceptual hurdles.

  • Professional Conduct: Strictly adhere to the institution’s Code of Conduct, maintain academic integrity, and actively participate in all faculty training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Absolute fluency in spoken and written English is strictly required. All classroom instruction, materials, and professional communication must be in English.

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of dedicated experience teaching your respective subject, specifically focusing on foundation courses for middle and high school students preparing for competitive exams.

  • Education: B.Tech, M.Sc., or a highly relevant degree in your respective subject (Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry). (A B.Ed. is an added advantage).

  • Core Skills: Exceptional ability to break down and simplify concepts, strong classroom management for younger age groups, and a genuine passion for foundational mentoring over advanced lecturing.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: 6.0 LPA to 8.5 LPA, commensurate with experience and interview performance.

  • Balanced Work Environment: A thoughtfully structured timetable designed to protect your preparation time and energy.

  • Professional Growth: Opportunities to contribute to academic planning and institutional growth within a thriving educational environment.

Application Instructions: When applying, please clearly state your target role in the subject line or cover letter (e.g., “Application: Junior Mathematics Foundation Faculty” or “Application: Chemistry Foundation Faculty”).
