Job Title: Hindi Teacher (TGT / PGT)

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Hindi Teacher (TGT/PGT) who can effectively teach Hindi language and literature to students.
Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Hindi language and literature as per the prescribed curriculum.

• Developing students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

• Ensuring students develop a strong command over Hindi grammar (Vyakaran).

• Preparing lesson plans, assignments, and conducting regular assessments.

• Encouraging students to participate in debates, essays, speeches, and cultural activities related to Hindi.

• Maintaining classroom discipline and supporting the overall academic development of students.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hindi or related subject.

• B.Ed. qualification preferred.

• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and language teaching methods.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).

The school is managed by Jijamata Rural Development and Educational Trust, which operates CBSE and State Board schools, senior colleges, and pharmacy colleges across Jafrabad Taluka. The trust is committed to providing affordable and accessible quality education to students, especially in rural areas.

School Timings: Generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change as per school schedule).
