About the Roles

We are currently seeking two dedicated and highly specialized educators to join our integrated school program: one expert Faculty member for Chemistry and one expert Faculty member for Biology. Each teacher will focus exclusively on building a robust conceptual foundation in their respective subject for students in grades 6 through 10, specifically geared towards future JEE and NEET competitive exams.

Specific Educational Requirements

• For Chemistry Faculty: B.Tech, M.Sc. in Chemistry, or a related highly relevant degree from a recognized university.

• For Biology Faculty: M.Sc. in Biology, Botany, Zoology, Life Sciences, or a highly relevant degree from a recognized university.

Shared Responsibilities (Both Roles)

• Curriculum Adherence: Strictly follow and execute the institution’s proprietary integrated curriculum. Teachers must ensure lesson plans and delivery strictly align with the provided academic structure and timelines.

• Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in your specialized subject (Chemistry or Biology) for 6th to 10th-grade students, ensuring high-quality conceptual understanding.

• Workload Management: Conduct daily classes effectively, maintaining an average teaching load of 6 periods per day, with a strict maximum of 7 periods per day to ensure adequate time for preparation and student engagement.

• Assessment & Evaluation: Design, administer, and evaluate weekly recall tests, periodic tests, and mock exams to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Doubt Clearance: Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions to help students overcome conceptual difficulties and build confidence.

• Professional Conduct: Strictly adhere to the institution’s Code of Conduct, maintain academic integrity, and actively participate in all faculty onboarding and training programs.

Shared Qualifications & Requirements (Both Roles)

• Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Absolute fluency in spoken and written English is strictly required. All classroom instruction, materials, and professional communication must be conducted in English.

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of dedicated experience teaching either Chemistry or Biology to middle and high school students, with specific expertise in foundation courses for JEE/NEET.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent classroom management, and a genuine passion for mentoring and guiding students.
