Role Summary:
Responsible for teaching as per CBSE curriculum, preparing students for board exams, and fostering scientific thinking and inquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE/NCERT.
- Conduct lab practical and maintain lab safety and discipline.
- Prepare students for board exams through tests, revisions, and feedback.
- Maintain academic records and performance reports.
- Support students in career guidance related to science streams.
- Participate in school events, PTMs, and departmental meetings.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or any equivalent with B.Ed.
- 3+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred
- Strong subject knowledge, communication, and classroom management skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and smart classroom technology
