We are seeking compassionate and vigilant individuals who can effectively manage hostel operations and support students’ well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations.
• Ensure the safety, security, and discipline of students residing in the hostel.
• Maintain a positive, homely, and structured environment for students.
• Monitor students’ attendance, routine, study hours, and overall conduct.
• Address students’ concerns and provide emotional and personal support when required.
• Coordinate with school administration, teachers, and parents regarding student welfare.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
• Manage hostel records, inventory, and daily reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience as a Hostel Warden or in residential school management preferred.
• Strong leadership, disciplinary, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Number of Positions:

• 1 Male Hostel Warden
• 1 Female Hostel Warden

(Only one male and one female candidate required.)
