About the Roles

We are seeking educators who can create stimulating, inquiry-based learning environments aligned with the IB philosophy and who are committed to supporting the cognitive, social, emotional, and creative development of young learners.


Key Responsibilities

Homeroom Teachers (EYP & PYP)

  • Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-driven learning experiences following IB standards and practices.

  • Use play-based, transdisciplinary, student-centered approaches that foster curiosity and independence.

  • Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and all specialists to ensure inclusive, responsive classrooms.

  • Document student learning through observations, portfolios, reflections, and assessments aligned with IB expectations.

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and learning goals.

  • Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, IB training, and schoolwide initiatives.


Assistant Teachers (EYP & PYP)

  • Support Homeroom Teachers in daily classroom activities, supervision, and learning engagements.

  • Assist with documentation, displays, materials preparation, and collaborative planning.

  • Provide individualized attention and a safe, nurturing environment for every learner.

  • Maintain a positive, responsible, and professional classroom presence.


Specialist Teachers (Music, Dance, Visual Arts, PSPE, Hindi, Telugu, Foreign Language, ICT)

  • Create hands-on, creative, and age-appropriate specialist sessions aligned with IB concepts.

  • Integrate specialist content into Unit of Inquiry (UOI) themes where applicable.

  • Assess, document, and communicate student progress in specialist areas.

  • Design performances, showcases, exhibitions, or skill-based activities.

  • Collaborate with homeroom teachers to enrich the transdisciplinary experience.


Requirements (All Roles)

Homeroom Teachers – EYP & PYP

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Education/ECCE preferred for EYP; B.Ed/M.Ed for PYP).

  • 2+ years of experience in early childhood or primary education (IB experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of phonics, early literacy, inquiry-based learning, and child development.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills.

Assistant Teachers

  • Bachelor’s degree (ECCE training preferred for EYP).

  • Prior experience with young children is an advantage.

  • Warm, caring personality with a love for working with children.

Specialist Teachers

  • Degree/diploma in the relevant specialisation (Music/Arts/Dance/PE/Languages/ICT).

  • Prior experience in school settings, preferably IB or inquiry-based environments.

  • Ability to design creative, hands-on, skill-building lessons.
