Position Overview

We invite applications from highly qualified, experienced, and result-oriented IIT–JEE / NEET Foundation Teachers for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for the academic year 2026–27.

The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching Foundation-level courses for Classes 6–10, focusing on strengthening NCERT concepts, enhancing logical reasoning, and preparing students for competitive examinations such as IIT–JEE and NEET at an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach IIT–JEE / NEET Foundation courses in the assigned subject for Classes 6–10.

• Build strong conceptual understanding based on the NCERT syllabus, extending to advanced problem-solving techniques.

• Design and deliver structured lesson plans integrating CBSE academic requirements with competitive exam preparation.

• Train students in logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and application-based problem solving.

• Develop worksheets, assignments, practice questions, and test papers aligned with IIT–JEE / NEET Foundation standards.

• Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and performance analysis to track student progress.

• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial and enrichment support for students at different proficiency levels.

• Coordinate with CBSE subject teachers to ensure curriculum alignment and academic balance.

• Mentor students on study techniques, time management, and examination strategies.

• Participate in academic planning, teacher training programs, and curriculum reviews related to competitive exams.

• Maintain accurate academic records and communicate student progress to parents and school leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in the relevant subject (Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology)

• B.Ed. is preferred (not mandatory for Foundation-level competitive coaching)

• IIT / NIT / IISc alumni will be an added advantage

Experience & Skills

• 3–7 years of experience teaching IIT–JEE / NEET / Foundation-level programs

• In-depth knowledge of NCERT curriculum and competitive exam patterns

• Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience in preparing students for Olympiads, NTSE, KVPY, or similar exams is an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills and student mentoring abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with school academic teams

• High level of commitment, discipline, and result orientation
