Location: Oakland Schools, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and demo performance)

1. Role & Responsibilities

Oakland Schools is seeking enthusiastic and caring Kindergarten Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. The role involves nurturing young learners through play-based, activity-oriented, and experiential learning methods that help build strong foundations in language, numeracy, creativity, and social development.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching Nursery, LKG, and UKG students in a structured and engaging classroom environment
• Delivering lessons in early literacy, phonics, numeracy, and communication skills
• Conducting storytelling, rhymes, music, and play-based learning activities
• Planning hands-on classroom activities that encourage creativity and curiosity
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and motor skill development
• Maintaining student observation records and monitoring progress
• Preparing teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom learning materials
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Communicating regularly with parents regarding student development
• Supporting school events, classroom projects, and experiential learning activities

2. Required Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline
• D.Ed / B.Ed / Early Childhood Education preferred
• Basic understanding of phonics and early childhood learning methods
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners

3. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred for kindergarten section
• Fluent English communication required (knowledge of Telugu is an advantage)
• Passion for working with young children
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic teaching approach
• Ability to conduct activity-based and child-centered learning sessions
• Local candidates preferred, but candidates willing to relocate may also apply
