NGLS is our 1st school under Chinta Sasidhar Foundation that is being built to nurture students not just from the under privileged sections of society across India, but also the homeless from every corner of the country who deserve a loving family and a safe happy place to learn and grow! Key Responsibilities:

• Teach lawn tennis fundamentals including grip, stance, footwork, and strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, volley).
• Plan and conduct structured training sessions for different skill levels.
• Identify and nurture talented students for competitive play.
• Organize regular practice matches and internal tournaments.
• Prepare students for inter-school and district/state-level competitions.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of tennis equipment and courts.
• Promote physical fitness, agility, and endurance through drills and exercises.
• Instill discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with school management for sports development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification or diploma in Lawn Tennis coaching (preferred).
• Proven experience as a tennis coach/instructor.
• Strong understanding of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.
• Experience working with children or in school environments is an advantage.
• Good communication and motivational skills.
• Physically fit and energetic.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in training students for competitive tournaments.
• Background in representing at district/state/national level.
• Ability to mentor students from diverse and underprivileged backgrounds.
• Passion for sports education and youth development.
