Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage library operations, including circulation, cataloging, and shelving books.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for promoting literacy among students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Provide individualized support to students who require extra help or have special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into curriculum planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience as a librarian or related field (library management).
• B.El.Ed degree from an accredited institution (Any Specialization).
• B.Ed. Special Education degree preferred but not mandatory (Any Specialization).
• Proficiency in digital library software such as EDM and E Cad; knowledge of digital asset management systems like Digital Library Science.
