About the Role

We are seeking a highly dynamic and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty member to lead our JEE preparation within our School Integrated Programme. We currently have two immediate openings across our campuses in Rewari and Kunihar.

The ideal candidate will possess a stellar academic background and a proven track record of mentoring high-performing students. You will be instrumental in delivering rigorous JEE (Main & Advanced) instruction, driving measurable success, and cultivating a highly competitive academic environment for our young aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Impact Instruction: Deliver expert-level classroom lectures in Mathematics tailored specifically for JEE Main and Advanced aspirants.

• Content Development: Prepare, structure, and optimize comprehensive study materials, lecture notes, and advanced practice questions.

• Assessment & Analytics: Conduct regular mock tests, meticulously analyze student performance data, and provide targeted, actionable feedback to improve conceptual clarity.

• Mentorship & Doubt Resolution: Guide students through complex problem-solving strategies and maintain regular, dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.

• Classroom Leadership: Ensure strict discipline while fostering a highly engaging, motivating, and interactive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Mathematics from a premier institute. (Graduates from IITs or NITs are highly preferred for Rewari). for Kunihar – Only best conceptual and atleast 3+ year Experinced Teacher.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated teaching experience in a reputed JEE coaching environment, with a demonstrable track record of producing excellent results.

• Subject Mastery: Deep, flawless command over advanced Mathematics with the pedagogical skill to teach complex concepts efficiently.

• Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory for all instruction and professional interaction.

• Availability: Must be able to join immediately and seamlessly take over active batches.
