Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Mathematics Teacher (TGT/PGT) to join our institution. The candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to middle and senior secondary classes as per the school curriculum.
Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Mathematics to secondary and senior secondary classes.
• Preparing lesson plans and delivering engaging classroom sessions.
• Assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintaining classroom discipline and encouraging student participation.
• Supporting students in developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Participating in school activities, meetings, and academic planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics.
• B.Ed. qualification preferred for teaching positions.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and smart classroom teaching.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
• Accommodation facility available for staff (subject to terms and availability).

• Performance-based salary increments.

School Details

The school is managed by Jijamata Rural Development and Educational Trust, which runs several CBSE and State Board schools, senior colleges, and pharmacy colleges across Jafrabad Taluka. The trust is committed to providing affordable and accessible quality education to students in rural areas.

School Timings: Generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change as per school schedule).
