Overview of the job

We are seeking a nurturing and skilled Mother Teacher to guide young learners, develop foundational skills, and foster holistic growth for pre- primary wing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary caregiver and class teacher for assigned pre-primary/primary section students.
2. Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment supporting emotional and social development.
3. Teach basic concepts through play-way, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.
4. Observe, monitor, and document each child’s academic, emotional, and behavioural progress.
5. Communicate regularly with parents and coordinate with subject teachers to support holistic development.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / D.El.Ed. (mandatory)

2–5 years of experience in pre-primary/primary teaching preferred
