Music Teacher

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher who can nurture students’ interest in music and help them develop their musical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching vocal and/or instrumental music to students as per the school curriculum.

• Training students in basic music theory, rhythm, and vocal techniques.

• Preparing students for school cultural programs, competitions, and performances.

• Encouraging students to participate in music activities, choir, and school events.

• Organizing and supporting music-related activities during annual functions and celebrations.

• Maintaining and managing musical instruments and music resources in the school.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Music or related field.

• Prior teaching or performance experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of vocal or instrumental music.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).

• Accommodation facility available for staff (subject to availability and institutional rules).

School Details

The school is managed by Jijamata Rural Development and Educational Trust, which operates CBSE and State Board schools, senior colleges, and pharmacy colleges across Jafrabad Taluka. The trust aims to provide affordable and accessible quality education to students, especially in rural areas.

School Timings: Generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change as per school schedule).

Additional Requirements

• Ability to train students for school functions, cultural events, and competitions.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

• Willingness to participate in school cultural programs and extracurricular activities.
