NGLS is our 1st school under Chinta Sasidhar Foundation that is being built to nurture students not just from the under privileged sections of society across India, but also the homeless from every corner of the country who deserve a loving family and a safe happy place to learn and grow! Key Responsibility :

• Teach instrumental music (e.g., keyboard, guitar, violin, percussion, or other instruments as per expertise).
• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for students with varying skill levels.
• Identify and nurture musical talent among students.
• Conduct individual and group practice sessions.
• Prepare students for school events, cultural programs, and performances.
• Maintain and manage musical instruments and related resources.
• Introduce basic music theory alongside practical training.
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence through music.
• Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Music (Instrumental) or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one or more musical instruments.
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work with children from diverse and underprivileged backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in teaching as per CBSE norms.
• Candidate must relocate to Nellore.
• Teaching experience in grades 5- 9 is mandatory.
