Vidyodaya International School is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our Senior Secondary faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the CBSE English Core and Elective curriculum to students in Grades 11 and 12, fostering a deep appreciation for literature while ensuring top-tier academic results in board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute engaging lessons for Senior Secondary classes (11th & 12th) in accordance with the CBSE syllabus and NCERT guidelines.
• Board Preparation: Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams through intensive practice, mock tests, and personalized feedback on creative writing and literature analysis.
• Skill Development: Enhance students’ proficiency in the four core pillars: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking (ALS).
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s Degree in English Literature from a recognized university.
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed. is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
• Language Mastery: Exceptional command over written and spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office and educational software for classroom teaching.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a student-centric approach to teaching.
