• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive readiness through effective academic planning.

• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.

• Guide and mentor students in their academic, career, and personal development.

• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to design interdisciplinary lessons, projects, and co-curricular activities.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in the relevant subject(s).

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.

• Proven experience teaching the specific subject(s) at the senior secondary (PGT) level.

• Strong subject expertise and in-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum and board examination patterns.

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
