• Student Mentorship: Provide personal attention and guidance to help students excel in Board Exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET).
• Assessment: Conduct regular paper-pen tests, oral assessments, and provide constructive feedback during PTMs.
• Holistic Development: Participate in school events, seminars, and extracurricular activities to nurture students’ soft skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Post-Graduation (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com) in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Professional: Mandatory B.Ed. degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in using Smart Class technology, and strong classroom management.
