Physical Education Teacher cum Warden

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Physical Education Teacher cum Warden to manage sports activities and supervise hostel students.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical education classes and sports activities for students.

• Training and encouraging students to participate in sports competitions, fitness programs, and outdoor activities.

• Promoting physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits among students.

• Supervising students in the hostel as a warden and maintaining discipline and safety.

• Monitoring students’ daily routines, study time, and overall well-being in the hostel.

• Organizing sports events, annual sports day, and other physical activity programs.

• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent.

• Experience in sports training or hostel management preferred.

• Good leadership, communication, and student management skills.

• Responsible and capable of managing hostel supervision duties.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).

• Accommodation facility available for staff (subject to availability and institutional rules).

• Food facility available as per institutional policy.

• Performance-based salary increments.

School Details

The school is managed by Jijamata Rural Development and Educational Trust, which operates CBSE and State Board schools, senior colleges, and pharmacy colleges across Jafrabad Taluka. The trust aims to provide affordable and accessible quality education to students, especially in rural areas.

School Timings: Generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change as per school schedule).
