Compensation: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,50,000 LPA

About the Role-

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physics Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Physics and a proven track record of building a robust conceptual foundation for students in grades 6 through 10. You will play a crucial role in delivering our structured integrated school program, specifically geared towards future JEE and NEET competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Adherence: Strictly follow and execute the institution’s proprietary integrated curriculum. Teachers must ensure lesson plans and delivery strictly align with the provided academic structure and timelines.

  • Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lectures in fluent English for 6th to 10th-grade students, ensuring high-quality conceptual understanding.

  • Workload Management: Conduct daily classes effectively, maintaining an average teaching load of 6 periods per day, with a strict maximum of 7 periods per day to ensure adequate time for preparation and student engagement.

  • Assessment & Evaluation: Design, administer, and evaluate weekly recall tests, periodic tests, and mock exams to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Doubt Clearance: Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions to help students overcome conceptual difficulties and build confidence in physics problem-solving.

  • Professional Conduct: Strictly adhere to the institution’s Code of Conduct, maintain academic integrity, and actively participate in all faculty onboarding and training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Language Proficiency (Mandatory): Absolute fluency in spoken and written English is strictly required. All classroom instruction, materials, and professional communication must be conducted in English.

  • Education: B.Tech, M.Sc. in Physics, or a related highly relevant degree from a recognized university. A B.Ed. is an added advantage.

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of dedicated experience teaching Physics to middle and high school students, with specific expertise in foundation courses for JEE/NEET.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of core physics concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for younger students.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent classroom management, and a genuine passion for mentoring and guiding students.
