Job Description:

Brilliant Academy Junior College of Science is looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to teach students of Classes 11 & 12 (NEET / CET aspirants). The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, the ability to simplify complex topics, and experience in preparing students for competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to students of Class 11 & 12 preparing for NEET and CET examinations.
• Deliver concept-driven and exam-oriented lectures aligned with the board and competitive exam syllabus.
• Prepare study materials, assignments, practice questions, and test papers.
• Conduct regular assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes.
• Analyze student performance and provide personalized academic guidance.
• Help students develop problem-solving skills and exam strategies for competitive exams.
• Stay updated with the latest NEET / CET exam patterns and syllabus changes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physics (M.Sc.) or a relevant subject.
• Ed. is preferred but not mandatory for coaching-based roles.

Experience:

• Min 2 years of teaching experience in Physics for NEET / CET / JEE / 11th–12th Science.
• Prior experience in coaching institutes or competitive exam preparation will be an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong conceptual understanding of Class 11 & 12 Physics.
• Ability to teach complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with competitive exam problem-solving techniques.
