Job Title: Physics Teacher (TGT / PGT)

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Physics Teacher (TGT/PGT) to teach Physics to students from Class 8th to 12th. The candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly and encourage students to develop strong analytical and scientific thinking skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Physics to classes 8th to 12th as per the prescribed curriculum.

• Preparing lesson plans and conducting both theoretical and practical sessions.

• Guiding students in physics experiments, projects, and concept-based learning.

• Conducting assessments, tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress.

• Encouraging students to participate in science exhibitions and academic competitions.

• Assisting the school in administrative tasks and academic coordination when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physics (B.Sc / M.Sc Physics).

• B.Ed. qualification preferred.

• Strong subject knowledge and practical laboratory skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and digital teaching tools.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).

The school is managed by Jijamata Rural Development and Educational Trust, which operates CBSE and State Board schools, senior colleges, and pharmacy colleges across Jafrabad Taluka. The trust is committed to providing affordable and accessible quality education to students, especially in rural areas.

School Timings: Generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change as per school schedule).
