Responsibilities and Duties:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PGT Geography teacher to join our dedicated faculty team. The ideal candidate will teach Geography to Classes XI and XII (CBSE/State Board) and contribute to the overall development of our boarding and day students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Geography lessons for Classes XI and XII
• Prepare and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations
• Maintain accurate academic records and provide timely feedback to students
• Participate in residential duties for boarding students (as per roster)
• Supervise and mentor students in academic and co-curricular activities
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school events
• Support students in competitive examination preparation (if applicable)
• Engage with parents during PTMs and provide regular progress updates

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Experience in boarding school environment
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
• Ability to handle residential duties and student counseling
• Experience in organizing field trips and practical Geography activities
• Knowledge of GIS, mapping techniques, and current geographical trends

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Geography or related field
• B.Ed. from recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary level
• CBSE/State Board teaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of current Geography curriculum and examination patterns
