Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum planning and ensure age-appropriate teaching practices across all pre-primary classes.

• Guide and support teachers through regular classroom observations and constructive feedback.

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and child-friendly learning environment.

• Monitor students’ developmental progress and address any learning or behavioural concerns.

• Coordinate with parents through PTMs, orientations, and regular communication.

• Plan and manage school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities for the pre-primary wing.

• Conduct teacher training sessions and support daily operations, including taking classes when required.

Qualification & Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification:
ECCEd / NTT / Graduation + B.Ed / PG + B.Ed / M.Ed

Experience Required:
5–10 years / Leadership experience

Preferred Certifications (optional):
Montessori,

Other Requirements:
